Welcome to dokani.org. We built this platform to make running your shop easier. Since this is a formal agreement between you and us, we have to lay out some ground rules, but we've tried to keep them as fair and human as possible.

Using dokani.org

By signing up, you agree to these terms. We just ask that you use our service honestly. You need to be the actual owner or authorized manager of the business, and please make sure the information you give us is accurate.

Your business is your responsibility

We provide the tools, but you're running the show. You are responsible for the data you enter, the prices you set, your stock, your customer relationships, and paying your taxes. Please don't use our platform for anything illegal or try to hack into our systems.

Pricing & Payments

All our prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). When you subscribe to a paid plan, we expect timely payments so we can keep the servers running. If we ever need to change our pricing, we promise to give you a fair heads-up beforehand.

Things happen (Liability)

We work hard to keep dokani.org up and running smoothly 24/7. However, software isn't perfect. Sometimes servers go down or bugs happen. By using our app, you agree that we aren't financially liable if you lose sales due to an unexpected outage or glitch. We provide the service "as is", but we will always do our best to fix issues quickly.

Parting ways

We hope you stay with us for a long time, but you can stop using our service whenever you want. On the flip side, if someone is abusing our platform or doing something illegal, we reserve the right to close their account.
